Who we are

Switzerland Tour is a specialist brand of Eurotrail Journey's Private Limited, a private limited company registered in India. We are the same team behind ScenicEuro, where we plan holidays across Europe. Switzerland Tour is where we focus on just one country — its scenic trains, lakes, mountain villages and alpine resorts.

We do not sell off-the-shelf packages. Every itinerary on this website is a starting point that our planners adapt to your dates, budget and travel style before you pay anything.

Every trip is a private tour

When you book with us, your holiday is planned for your group only — your family, your partner or your friends. There are no strangers, no group coach and no fixed departure dates.

• Travel on the dates that suit you, any time of the year.
• Move at your own pace — add a free day, skip a mountain excursion or stay longer where you like it.
• Most of our travellers explore Switzerland independently by train, with every hotel, rail pass and seat reservation arranged in advance.
• Private transfers or a local guide can be added for any day on request.

Customise anything

Our itineraries show what a well-paced Swiss holiday looks like. You can change any part of it:

• Route and length — add or remove destinations such as Zermatt, Interlaken, Lucerne, St. Moritz or Lake Geneva, and choose how many nights in each.
• Hotels — pick the style and budget you prefer: lake-view, centrally located near the station, family rooms or a special stay for a honeymoon or anniversary.
• Trains and excursions — choose which panoramic trains to ride, such as the Glacier Express or Bernina Express, and which summits to visit, such as Jungfraujoch, Gornergrat or Mount Titlis.
• Rail pass and class — we compare a Swiss Travel Pass with point-to-point tickets for your exact route and recommend the better value, in 1st or 2nd class.
• Food preferences — tell us about vegetarian, Jain or other dietary needs and we will keep them in mind when suggesting hotels and meal plans.

How booking and payment work

1. Tell us your plans — dates, number of travellers and the places you want to see, using the enquiry form, email or WhatsApp.
2. Receive your itinerary and quote — a day-by-day plan with trains, hotels and a clear price. We revise it until it is right for you.
3. Confirm by bank transfer — once you approve the plan, we send an official invoice from Eurotrail Journey's Private Limited and you pay by bank transfer to our company bank account.
4. Get your travel documents — hotel confirmations, rail passes, seat reservations and a final day-by-day itinerary before you fly.

Paying safely

• We accept payment only by bank transfer to the registered company account of Eurotrail Journey's Private Limited.
• Our bank details appear only on our official invoice. We will never ask you to pay into a personal bank account or to an individual's UPI ID.
• If you receive bank details that look different from your invoice, do not pay — call or WhatsApp us on the number on this website to confirm first.
• Every payment is acknowledged in writing with a receipt.

What we arrange — and what we don't

We arrange hotels, Swiss rail passes and tickets, seat reservations on panoramic trains, mountain excursions, lake cruises and, on request, private transfers and guides.

We do not book flights. You are free to book your international flights with any airline or agent you prefer, and we will plan your first and last day around your flight times.
